We spent a wonderful week in this fantastic property. The view is simply indescribable and even better than in the photos. The location is truly unique and perfect for those seeking peace and quiet. Everything was as described, and we felt immediately at ease. The pleasant communication with Tony and the fact that he brought us a delicious breakfast every now and then in the morning are also worth highlighting. Overall, we were more than satisfied and can recommend this wonderful cottage 110%.

The cottage is a true haven of tranquillity, nestled among the olive trees. From the veranda, you can enjoy a beautiful view of the Gulf of Olbia. Everything in the apartment is new, clean and functional, and the beds are comfortable. In just a few minutes by car, you can reach the nearest town and beaches, all of which are beautiful. Carmen and her family were super hospitable and helpful. 5 stars!!

Tony has been an incredible host. The flat was exactly as shown in the pictures, and you could immediately tell how well cared for and maintained the property is. The furniture is modern and thoughtfully chosen, and we had absolutely everything we needed and even things we didn’t realisewe might need! Tony and his daughter were incredibly kind, attentive, and responsive throughout our stay. Even after we had left, Tony was still happy to help and share recommendations. That level of genuine care and hospitality is truly unmatched compared with our previous experiences, and honestly, even some expensive hotels can’t compete with it. Our only regret is that the property is so popular that we could only stay there for half of our trip. If you’re considering booking, plan ahead and reserve well in advance you won’t regret it! The location is another highlight: wonderfully peaceful and quiet, while still being very convenient for exploring the area by car.

The experience with this accommodation was very positive! The elevated position offered a great view, the furnishings are very well cared for, and the rooms are comfortable and spacious. There were no issues of any kind. The host was always absolutely discreet and respectful of privacy. The check-in time was also flexible with regard to luggage storage, as we had a car full of bags, which allowed us to go to the beach. On the penultimate day, we were also offered freshly baked doughnuts! As far as we are concerned, this host and their property are absolutely to be recommended!! Thanks to Tony, who looked after us and was always available for everything!

There are experiences you don't forget, and this stay is one of them. The Su bisu accommodation is exceptional! The view is great! The ideal location and lovely owners. Shops are 5 minutes away, beaches 10 minutes. It's a rare gem.

Lovely house on the mountain with a beautiful view. 20 minutes from Olbia and beautiful beaches. The house is fully equipped, and we had the pleasure of getting to know the host, Tony. A wonderful man, friendly and helpful. We enjoyed a cup of coffee in the morning and a glass of wine in the evening on the lovely terrace. We had a wonderful week. Thank you, Tony!

Excellent stay with Carmen, Tony and Valentina, who are extremely pleasant and welcoming people. The family takes great care of you. The accommodation is equally exceptional, with an extraordinary view. Everything was perfect. Tony is always attentive to your well-being, and his wife and Valentina are also very warm. It's worth noting that Valentina speaks French very well. A big thank you to the whole family. We had an excellent vacation.

The Airbnb was breathtakingly beautiful. The beautiful garden with a view of the sea, the idyllic terrace, the clean and beautiful flat and Tony's hospitality were wonderful. It was wonderful!

Carmen and Tony’s place is absolutely amazing. The view is spectacular and the house is surrounded by an amazing olive garden. Tony is the most wonderful host and left us morning treats with baked goods, apricots and what not. Any issue and he solved it before we could blink and he is probably one of the sweetest human beings we’ve ever met. We’d love to come back to their beautiful house and beautiful Sardinia. We had the best 9 days!

We stayed in this fantastic accommodation for 11 nights and really enjoyed our time there. The view is incredible and really even more beautiful than in the photos. The cottage is very stylishly furnished, but it was also suitable for us as a family with a toddler and a baby. The carport is great. You have a lot of privacy and peace and quiet. The garden and the cottage as a whole are not overlooked from anywhere. Overall, it is very quiet; no aircraft noise can be heard despite the immediate proximity to the airport. At the same time, the small town offers everything you need, and there are very beautiful beaches in the immediate vicinity. The hosts are the best I've ever had. Super friendly, unobtrusive and always there immediately when we needed something. They are warm, caring, committed and very generous, sharing bread with us when we ran out and homemade cakes. Really exceptional. We will definitely come back.

We had a wonderful stay in Murta Maria. Tony greeted us and was so kind and helpful with our checkin. The view was amazing and the location was perfect. A very peaceful and comfortable spot to spend our honeymoon. If we make it back to Sardinia, we would definitely stay again!

After a personal welcome by Tony, the apartment impresses with an incredible view of the sea. A cosy little house that matches the pictures. The large, private outdoor area is great for relaxing and enjoying some peace and quiet. Tony is always available, surprises guests with little treats and proactively takes care of their well-being. It's a shame we didn't have a chance to meet the rest of the family. In just a few minutes, you can reach the village and the beautiful beaches by car.

We had a lovely stay. A beautiful view over the bay. Sparkling-clean two-bedroom cottage. Cot (without a thick mattress) and high chair included. There are many beautiful beaches in the area; having a car is essential. Extremely thoughtful host – at 7:15 a.m., Toni was ready with breakfast to see us off. Thank you again; we had a wonderful time.

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay in the beautiful and peaceful Murta Marie. It was a perfect home base to explore the island from and to come ‘home’ to in the evenings. Tony our host and owner was an absolute gem and pleasure to work with and we were sad to leave.

Wow, what a lovely place! Situated on top of a hill, the view from the gardens is so stunning and peaceful! It is a perfect spot to both relax and explore the beautiful northern part of Sardinia, with many villages and nice beaches in close reach. The hosts are wonderful and lovely people, communication was very friendly, warm and helpful, both via the app and personal. We really appreciated all the kind gestures and moments of conversation. We would definitely love to come back here some time, thank you so much Valentina, Tony and Carmen!

Carmen and Tony were wonderful, attentive Hosts who truly pampered us. We spent a week in this fantastic place and were able to enjoy every day to the fullest. Everything was very clean, and the house was bright and comfortably furnished. There was nothing missing. We were also delighted with the garden, which offers a magnificent view of the Bay of Olbia.

A beautiful, quiet and very cozy cottage, surrounded by nature. The accommodation is very well equipped, has a large, sunny garden and offers a fantastic view of the sea. There are many beautiful beaches in the area that can be reached by car in a few minutes. My partner and I stayed at Carmela’s place for a week and we never wanted to leave! Tony was the most amazing host, very attentive and easily reachable. We received gifts of wine and pastries throughout our stay. The view from the house is incredible as it is situated up a hill. It is very quiet and peaceful. It had all the amenities we needed - a fully equipped kitchen, washing machine, very comfortable bed. It was honestly one of the best Airbnb’s we have ever stayed in. 100/10 would recommend. Amazing stay, Tony was a great host, we could reach out to him if needed and he would respond quickly. Very quiet, tranquil place, beautiful views just what we needed to unwind. Would go back and recommend to friends. You do need to hire a car, however the roads are easy to navigate and there are some beautiful beaches nearby.

Beautiful home in a stunning location with fantastic views. The area was peaceful with unobstructed views of the sea. A 5 minute drive from restaurants and nearby beaches. The home has everything you needed for a perfect holiday. The hosts were incredibly friendly, helpful and on hand for recommendations of the areas and top tips for how to book places and which beaches needed prior bookings throughout the entirety of our trip. Our stay at Toni's was just fantastic! From the first day we felt very comfortable. Toni is an incredibly friendly and warm host – you can immediately see how much love he puts into taking care of his guests. The accommodation is perfectly located, ideal for excursions to various beaches in the area. Breakfast on the terrace with a breathtaking sea view or the relaxed evening hours there are particularly unforgettable. Everything was clean, lovingly furnished and exactly as described – if not better. We would have preferred to have stayed much longer! The 5 stars are hardly enough for this beautiful accommodation and the great host. We will definitely be back!

This was one of the best Airbnb’s we have stayed in. Beautiful views, gorgeous cottage and very kind hosts. We were after somewhere peaceful with lovely views and it was all that and more. The cottage is beautiful and very peaceful. The hosts were there if we needed them but also respected our privacy. Lovely gifts from the bakery would arrive as a surprise for us - felt totally spoilt. We will be back!

The cottage is pristine, private, and beautiful. There are several gorgeous beaches very near by and the hosts are very kind. If you’re looking for a relaxing home base this is perfect. I used it to explore many areas on the island and was happy to return each day. The olive trees and overflowing spring flowers made the birds sing and the view is exquisite.

Amazing! Toni and Carmela greeted my mom and I when we arrived and took time to walk us through everything. The place was spotless, private, cozy, and designed well. The beds were ultra comfortable (always a giant plus for travelers). The view was beautiful, and we loved all the olive trees. Toni went out of his way to ensure we enjoyed our stay throughout our time there. He is such a warm, kind, and gracious host. My mom and I could not have asked a better place or host/hostess. Many thanks to Toni, Carmela, and Davide for making our first time in Sardegna extra special.

If I could rate this 10 stars out of 5 I would ! I stayed with my cousin and a friend and we had a lovely time. The view from the terrace is stunning and the apartment is well equipped and clean. But most of all Toni is the kindest person, he really made the stay special and memorable. whether it was bringing us wine or donuts in the morning or helping us with any questions. We all couldn't possible recommend this stay more. I would only advise to Rent a car (not only for here but to get around on the island in general) once again grazie to Davide and Toni who really went above and beyond to make our stay very special!

The house has a spectacular view and the inside is no less so. The location is super strategic, less than half an hour's drive from both San Teodoro and Golfo Aranci. Tony's welcome was the best and the host family was very nice and always available for questions and clarifications. You couldn't ask for more!

Tony, Valentina and their family are very kind, open and heartwarming. They are very helpful and welcoming. They even surprised us one morning with cornettos on the terrace. The little house was very comfortable and we really enjoyed the beautiful view in the morning and in the evening. It is perfectly located for little trips to different beaches and you have lots of restaurants nearby which you can reach by car. We are looking forward to coming back one day.

Our stay in Murta Maria went very well! The place comes with full amenities. Surrounded by olive trees, we enjoyed a splendid view of the Bay of Olbia! Not to mention the kindness, helpfulness and generosity of our lovely host, Tony!

We enjoyed our stay very, very much. Everything was perfect. The apartment looks exactly like it does in the photos, there is a beautiful terrace with a view of the sea, and large rooms. Davide's father, Tony, and Davide's mother were both extremely kind and accommodating hosts. We were surprised with breakfast, wine, and olive oil. All our wishes were fulfilled. It was simply great! We were very warmly welcomed by David's father Toni, who assisted us throughout the entire holiday and was an excellent and very caring host. We lacked nothing. The accommodation itself is really stunningly beautiful and very lovingly furnished. Everything you need has been thought of. This place was amazingly beautiful and peaceful. The view is unmatched!! We stayed for 3 nights and wish it was longer. Everything was clean and up to date. I don’t know if I’ve met a kinder host, Toni was so sweet every time we saw him or if we had a question, he even brought us fresh pastries in the morning! We can’t wait to come back and stay here again!

We stayed at the property for 12 days. The view is mega and the location is something for those seeking peace and quiet. David's father Toni lovingly looked after us. Sometimes a bottle of oil, a bottle of wine, a quick chat with translator, it was perfect. The house was equipped as described. We were there for the first time, but not the last time.

We stayed in this apartment for 2.5 weeks, together with our 9-month-old son. Toni and his wife, Davide's parents who also live on the property, bought a camping cot for the baby especially for us. Toni and his wife are super friendly, provide you with tips, gave us lovely touches and responded super quickly to our messages. The fridge was broken, but they arranged a replacement the same day! In short, the service was great. Now for the apartment, which was at least as nice! It has a truly beautiful view, more beautiful than you can see in the photos. The garden is great. The house is very bright, and the kitchen is fully equipped. The only downside is that you can't really walk to the town (steep road uphill). Furthermore, I would definitely recommend this! I would go back there again in a heartbeat. We're already missing it!

Davide and his whole family are excellent hosts. An absolute showcase Airbnb not only because of the great accommodation with a fantastic terrace and this view, but especially because of the hosts. Toni, who also lives on the property with his wife, was the most accommodating and kindest host I have experienced in a long time. The place is perfect. Just like the pictures. Clean. And beautifully situated in the hills above Olbia. Absolute recommendation.

Where to start…we had the most amazing stay at the Cottage! It was very clean and had everything we needed for a memorable stay. The views from the outside area are absolutely stunning, looking over the bay and the mountains in the background never got old! The pictures don’t do this place justice. The highlight of our trip was meeting Tony and Valentina who’s hospitality was top notch! This family is so kind and welcoming, they made our experience in Sardinia very special. I'll start by thanking Antonio, an attentive and caring presence. The house is very nice, newly renovated, comfortable and located in a quiet location. The view of the gulf is priceless. A great solution for holidays in the area.

The stay was pleasant and relaxing. The house is in a very quiet area. Everything is brand new, and it's in a great location for watching sunrises and sunsets. However, what makes the difference is Mr Toni, who made us feel right at home with his hospitality. The bottles of local wines that we were given to taste were excellent, as were the brioches that were provided in the courtyard in the morning.

Airbnb delivers on every level! Firstly, because of the ultra-modern furnishings: comfortable beds, a rain shower, a beautiful terrace with a very well-kept lawn and a covered private parking space. Secondly, it is important to highlight the great location. The Airbnb is about 20 minutes from Olbia Airport and is perfect as a base for day trips to both the east and north coasts. Thirdly, we were very impressed by the above-average hospitality! Valentina's parents live on the same property in a house about 200 metres away. Tony (her father) took care of our well-being every day, bringing us Sardinian specialities (wine, spirits and pastries) and giving us valuable tips. Communication with all parties involved went smoothly, and we received a response within a very short time. We will have very fond memories of the Airbnb, and we can only recommend it!

Everything was perfect! The house is very nice, very bright and clean. It has everything you need on site. The hosts, Tony and Valentina, are incredibly kind. Tony offered us local wine and croissants for breakfast, and we shared a dessert at their house, where we met Carmen and Dario. If you could give more than 5 stars, this Airbnb would definitely have deserved it! It is even more beautiful than in the pictures. The quiet location and the view are fantastic, and the most beautiful beaches are not far away. The house is super clean and equipped with everything. A high chair was even specially ordered for our little daughter. Hospitality is very important here. The warm welcome and the good communication made it very easy for us to feel right at home. We can't say it often enough: grazie mille, Toni, Carmen and Valentina, for all the attention and treats during our stay. A perfect end to our trip to Sardinia. A unique experience in a truly breathtaking place. This cottage is a modern building with a stunning view of the coast. Both the port and the airport are just a few minutes' drive away. We would like to thank Mr Tony for being so helpful at all times during our stay; it definitely made a difference. We also checked in and checked out with flexible times. The house is better than in the photos and indescribably beautiful. The view blew us away, and Carmen's warm welcome was simply wonderful. Toni is a very funny and cheerful man who made us laugh a lot and was always there for us. Dario was also always available and very kind. A wonderful place to stay! The house is at totally new build with a stunning coastal view. Set in the hills surrounded by young olive trees, its quiet and peaceful. The little town has a market and restaurants. There are also many little towns and Olbia are a very short drive away. The real gem of this property is the family that owns it. So kind, generous and lovely. They are true hospitality. Meeting and getting to know Carmen and Antonio has been a highlight of our trip and we would absolutely stay here again and again.

Although we were the second guests in the property, both Davide and his father Antonio were very kind. They welcomed our need for a check-in well in advance with great availability. Antonio and his wife, who live on the same property, were always careful to make sure we had everything we needed. Antonio in particular, an exquisite person and also a lot of fun made us find 4 pastry croissants on the veranda one morning. The house is in a quiet location with an exceptional view and surrounded by olive trees. I would recommend staying with them.
